Celebrating Mothers' Day with a Book Giveaway
SHCC Donates Books to the Students of Glen Park Academy
This year, in honor of Mothers' Day, SHCC was thrilled to host a special book giveaway in support of our program, For the Love of Reading!
We coordinated with leadership at Glen Park Academy in Gary, Indiana to give away free books to students throughout the school day. Our founder and Executive Director, Brian Andreshak, who is also a first-grade teacher at Glen Park Academy was on hand to personally distribute books to students, alongside a few of our dedicated volunteers.
