A book is not just a book, it is a tool, a bridge, a refuge–an adventure waiting to happen. School House Children’s Charity is committed to improving access to books for young people K-12 by sourcing and donating thousands of books per year to local families and school districts through our program, For the Love of Reading.
Warm Coats Warm Hearts
Warm Coats Warm Hearts in an initiative that SHCC launched to solve a simple problem: Young people in the Midwest often struggle with access to warm winter clothing–an absolute necessity in our region. SHCC meets people where they’re at, sourcing hundreds of warm winter coats each year, and donating them to school districts where students need them most.
